Successful Completion of 72 Family Homes at Spofforth: A Collaboration with Yorkshire Housing and Jack Lunn
The development at Spofforth for 72 family homes for Yorkshire Housing is now complete. We have been involved in this project from conception through to completion, which included securing the planning consent for this prominent site in the Spofforth Conservation Area and continued to work with the contractor Jack Lunn to deliver this high-quality scheme. The mix of house types uses a palette of materials including stone, render and brick with grey roofs tiles and red pantiles is sympathetic of the materials found in the local village.
