This sustainable housing development is on the iconic site of the former Rowntree factory on Haxby Road in York. We worked alongside main contractor Lovell to deliver 103 contemporary, timber-framed houses for Clarion Housing Group and Latimer. The development will create a sustainable and thriving community, based on Joseph Rowntree values.
