We worked across all RIBA stages of work, helping to secure planning permission and delivery of 216 homes on a brownfield site in Manchester for Your Housing and main contractor Lovell. Our role included the design of a range of bespoke house types and apartment blocks in a contemporary, urban style. The iterative planning process with Manchester City Council resulted in a high-quality development with a sense of place, and housing to meet the demands of modern living.
