This site in Fiskerton, a town which increased in the 20th century due to the Ministry of Defence air base, is allocated in the local plan for 122 residential dwellings. We prepared a masterplan for the Church Commissioners to support an outline planning application for 150 dwellings. Key to the proposal is enhancement of the existing Limewood Walks footpath network with extended and improved footpath links. The masterplan includes new recreation areas adjoining with the local village hall, and plans to enhance the site’s biodiversity.
