We were appointed by J Clark Properties to convert the former 19th century baronial residence of Lieutenant Colonel George Glas Sandeman into a luxury Country House Hotel on the banks of Loch Faskally in Pitlochry. We secured listed building consent and technical approval to sympathetically convert the imposing listed building to accommodate 12 luxury suites. Planning permission was also secured to convert an ancillary building to provide a further 18 guest rooms linked with a new timber and glass structure accommodating a 100 cover two storey restaurant and bar complete with function room.
