This high-level employment masterplan and allocation appraisal in Goldthorpe was delivered for Barnsley MBC. This early masterplan stage was to establish the most marketable product and provide a deliverable layout for circa 2.4m sq ft employment use under the Landsolve framework, overcoming many site constraints. This led to a commission to lead negotiations across 7 separate landowners on the site to form a strategic equalisation agreement, ensuring delivery of the Council scheme and the locality.
