As part of Leeds City Council’s ambitious Housing Growth Programme, we were commissioned to deliver a total of 71 sustainable houses across 3 inner-city Leeds sites. The development focused on quality, high standards of design, sustainability and energy efficiency. The technical specification pushed housing standards boundaries by providing excellent energy efficiency to help tackle poverty and reduce running costs for residents.
