We helped to secure planning permission for 72 family homes at this prominent site in Spofforth for Yorkshire Housing. A sensitive approach was required, with house types, layout and parking solutions drawing character from the Spofforth Conservation Area. We continued to work with main contractor Jack Lunn throughout the construction stage to deliver this high-quality scheme.
