This exciting proposal is for 3 residential towers on the bank of the River Mersey in Liverpool comprising over 450 apartments with ground floor commercial space. The constrained site called for intelligent design in terms of building shapes and orientation. This included detailed modelling of the facade treatment to ensure that each apartment has suitable privacy whilst maximising views across the river.
